Payment TermsAll orders will be shipped COD Cash
(cash, money order, or cashier's check), unless credit application has
been approved prior to shipment. To set up an account with Fametech,
a verifiable bank reference plus three (3) trade references are required.
Please allow us two weeks for completion of our credit check
process, since bank or trade references' cooperation is not always timely.

Return Policy
Prior to returning any product, you must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns
without a RMA number will be declined. All non-defective returns for
credit or exchange are subject to 15% restocking fee.
